About Us

June 4-5, 2010, was our 35th biennial convention with a theme of Pst--Praise, Serve, Tell and GO.  We praised (Psalm 71:14), we served (Psalm 100:2), we tell (John 9:36) and GO (Matt. 28:19-20).  This convention was held at King of Kings Lutheran Church, Omaha.

Our district's mite goal was set at $81,500 of which $25,000 goes toward scholarships for future church workers, 25% goes to national LWML, and the remainder goes towards the district's mission grants.

Our next convention will be held June, 2012, at Lutheran High NE, Norfolk, hosted by the Plainview Zone.

The mission of the Lutheran Women's Mission League is to assist each woman of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod in affirming her faith so that she is enabled to use her gifts in ministry to the people of the world. Will you serve with us? Feel free to contact us for more information.
