Irene Jasperson, Sandy Miller, and Sue Winnikie prepare & sell baked goods LWML members brought to the annual bake sale to help support 2 seminary students who are sons of the congregation. This event was matched by Thrivent for $1000.00, total collected including the match was $3200.00. Each of our students, Zach Holdorf and John Rasmussen, received $1,600.00. We are thankful for the congregation's support with this project.

King of Kings LWML held a soup supper on Oct. 6., inviting all ladies of the congregation. Some 20 different kinds of soup were made by the members for tasting. Prizes were awarded for the best soup, most creative soup, most colorful soup, and spiciest soup. Rita Shadden, Linda Korbel, Lana Erickson, and Chris Jones won the prizes of a Soup Ladle Necklace. Six new LWML members joined.
